Grace and Peace

I was reading Ephesians yesterday and in Ephesians 1:2 the two words that I pray for everyday stuck out at me..GRACE and PEACE
Grace: Something we can not earn. It is the idea of giving to those who do not deserve what it is given. Giving grace can be hard as humans because when we get angry or mad we tend to huff and puff and our pride gets in the way (good old sin nature). But when it comes to God He is the author of Grace. He is the perfecting of Grace. He shows Grace every single minute, hour, day to saved sinners who do not even deserve a glimpse of it. We are saved by Grace alone. Not works. That would be putting us on the same "table" as God. NOPE. Grace is a free gift. Get on your knees and thank your Savior for it. Grace is also to provide the basis for spiritual joy and pleasure. Pray for God's grace to be given to you daily and abundantly. For Grace entails that Joy that as a Christian we possess through the Holy Spirit.

Peace: ahhhh what a great word. Have you ever felt unsettled? Have you ever felt uneasy and down? Have you ever felt like a lion pacing back and forth because of no peace? I know I have. I have felt like that before and have been frustrated. And what do you expect.. I mean we fight against the world, satan, and our own sin nature. It is a battle, but you know what.. I say bring it on because you only have one life to fight for our Lord. God is the author of Peace as well. The Greek word for Peace in Verse 2 means " no inner fighting, spiritual and psychological harmony, concord, and tranquility." Peace is a daily thing and a huge blessing. Not every minute you are going to have that "supernatural" peace. But you always have hope and my prayer for you and I is to mature as Christians and see God's peace more and more. For He is our ultimate peace. He is the only thing that truly satisfies. He will give you peace that passes all understanding. For He is our Savior. Today is the day to realize who you are.. A sinner. And to realize who God is...GOD.

I really feel the need to say.. Get on your knees and pray for someone today. Grace and peace is what we need.

JUST LIVE

Life is meant for you to live it. I know that sounds simple but it really can be difficult sometimes. I have been blessed with a wonderful life. I love to live one day at a time and see where God takes me. I like to to see His hands and His "golden thread" throughout my life. If you make a wrong choice, guess what? God will make it right if you let Him lead. Romans 8:28. If you make a right choice, guess what? God is there. He is always there. Your choices build your character and you in general.. but God has the final say. I want to be able to just LIVE. I am not under any laws (biblically speaking) that hinders my relationship with Christ. I am saved by Grace alone. I do not want to be a slave to anything but Him. I want to work hard, play hard. I want to travel, I want to be a great wife, I want to be a great mom, I want to learn everyday.

Once again remember: If you are wondering what God's will/plan is for you.. It is simple. Read and Study His word. Live in the perimeters of His word. Seek Him. Pray to Him. Meditate on Him. Everything else is small details compared to the cross and eternity we have through Him. But if you do Study His Word and live by the perimeter of it.. You are doing His will for you. It is not rocket science, it is very simple. You do not have to chase a dollar bill, a spouse, etc.. All those will fall into place. THANK Jesus for that. Grace.. what a wonderful word.. Grace.. what a wonderful dispensation we live in.

Update on my life: I am still working at Examone, have a wonderful boyfriend, have a great deal of weddings coming up and beach trips yay! Can not wait for Easter (and my basket), "Training" for marathons :), eating at great restaurants, getting beautiful flowers right and left, got a gorgeous locket the other day from David, Just living. And Enjoying the ride.

Thank you Lord for your many blessings I do not deserve. I love you. I pray for my family and friends. Upcoming weddings that you will let all the details fall into place with each one of them
In Jesus name, Amen

Deeper Faith

I want a deeper and deeper Faith. I want to grow and grow and continue to grow and when I am exhausted grow some more. I never want to stop. I never will. It has been a while since I have been able to write in my blog. But hello blog, I have missed ya.

What a great God I serve. I was thinking a great deal tonight about life and what He has done for me. Life is life. But God is God and that makes Life great. When this life is over I will start my eternal life. So life is life. God is very precise and has a timeline. He is Sovereign and what He does is right. If you let Him lead like He should.. then you will truly see Him for who He is. GOD. There is no "Ginny" in God. There is only one GOD. So when people put themselves in His category.. and try to lead there on life.. They will always fail. It is important to always put Him first, STUDY His word, pray, fall more and more in love with our Savior. He puts His self out there. Do you? I am talking to myself.

I have been blessed beyond measure. A great family, great friends. I went to DisneyWorld this past month and had a work convention where I found out that I was the number 2 sales rep in the Nation, number 2 sales rep with the most calls in the Nation, and one of the highest percentage over growth in revenue in the whole Nation. That is not from me, totally from the Lord. And now the Lord has put a great friend/man into my life. One I have known for years, but just now seeing him for who He really is and letting him in. I am so thankful for it. You don't think God is Sovereign? Well you should hear our story :) Then you will have a small example of His Sovereignty. But even with any human relationship I will have, Christ is my ultimate relationship. And again.. Thankful for that. I look forward to my future. I love my life and would not want to switch with anyone in the world.

Seek God first. Everything else will fall into place.

Light of my Life

How pretty is that image? I love light houses. It has a meaning to me in the since of the Lord is the light of my life. And it is just pretty. I love scenery and nature.
I would love to be able to travel, take pictures, and have a travel blog. I could, and will. Just to show off all the prettiness of the world. There is so much evil out there that when I see anything of beauty I am mesmerized .. Whether it is a sunset, a lighthouse, a father hugging his daughter, a couple holding hands, nature, a flower... etc. I love to capture moments in my mind. You can "travel" anywhere to see that. I am thankful that I do not take those for granted like I used to.

I am beyond thankful. I have alot of prayers going on in my mind that I don't even know how to pray for it, or what to say. But Thankfully the Lord knows and will keep proving He is God. Isn't it funny that He keeps on PROVING it? And He does not even have to prove anything to us, but He does. Over and Over He is faithful. Over and Over He is Constant and does not Change. And we forget everyday what He truly does for us, and I just love Him and His faithfulness to me, an undeserving girl. My Lord is faithful to ME.. Am I faithful to Him? What a blessing to be an imperfect girl, a sinner, that is secure in the arms of Christ. I am least of all. But He still loves and protects me. What an awesome God I serve. I am more than a servant, I am a SLAVE to my Christ.

I love you.
Lord, guard my family and friends.

Colossians 1:26-27

While reading Colossians today I am reminded of the Hope I have in Jesus Christ. The cross, the Resurrection, the mystery revealed through Paul=my HOPE.
Jesus Christ indwells in me, lives in me. When he was crucified on the cross, I was crucified with Him. (Galations 2:20).
The Mystery revealed through Paul was part of God's Sovereign plan. He knew exactly when to reveal it and he chose Paul, least of all saints, to be the apostle to the Gentiles. Now the Mystery is a whole lot of things concerning the Body Of Christ. One Faith, One Baptism.. Heavenly Destiny..Jew and Gentile alike (we now can both possess the the riches of the indwelling Christ), We are able to go to the throne of grace freely through Jesus Christ, we don't have to go through a priest. We can talk freely to our God in Jesus name. There is alot more information on the Mystery but to sum it up.. WE are saved by Grace through Jesus Christ. When he changed Saul to Paul and revealed the mystery, the dispensations changed. Study for yourself. Read, pray, meditate, SEE it for yourself.

Remember the Bible does not contradict itself. It is all there for you to see, We have the completed canon of the Scriptures right in front of us. We can see it first hand. What a blessing! God has a timeline and you better believe I am thankful to be in the Body Of Christ.

Also remember.. When Paul was revealed
1). He went to the Israel/Jews first.. He had to use signs and things to prove himself (God spoke to the Jews in signs and wonders) and to reveal that God was doing something different among the Gentiles..And then God sent Paul to the Gentiles saying that They will not hear (Acts 22:17-22)...

2). Paul also had the supernatural gifts to give himself credibility to Israel/Jews. Once this two fold purpose was accomplished Those things were done away with (signs, toungues, healing, etc), it was an end of an era.. 1 Corinthians 13:8. And were replaced by faith, hope, and charity..I Corinthians 13:13. THE THREE CROWNING GRACES.

Very thankful. I have alot to learn.

Don't take my word for it. GO to THE WORD. Study for yourself.

Refresh Button

I had a great weekend. First of all the SAINTS won. I am so glad they are back and fired up.
I went to Jackson and was able to spend alot of time with David and he took me to some nice restaurants, so I ate steak twice :) We also were able to get into the Word together, watch funny movies, laugh alot, and drink LOTS of coffee. So all in all it was great.

I am so thankful for all that the Lord has done for me. It is unreal. I feel refreshed today, and energized. I have alot of things I have to pray for in my life that entails some big changes but I know that the Lord is not going to let me do them on my own. Thankfully. Thankfully I have choices but thankful that the Lord is ultimately in control of all. Takes alot of burden off me.

This is my 5 vehicles of Faith : Psalm 37.. Trust, Delight, Commit, Rest, And Wait on the Lord. I never pray for Patience anymore. I pray for rest, and that I will Wait and while I am waiting Trust and Delight and Commit to the Lord. Ultimately when you can Rest and Wait on the Lord that leads to patience, and of course the tribulations you go through teach you. Tribulations.. They are good and bad. You can sit there and say "Bring on the Rain" Lord, bring it on so I can feel your presence but at the same time you dont want them. It is ironic. So all in all you have to be thankful and find the Lord in the good times and be thankful in the tribulations. But of course you should not HOPE for tribulations (my opinion). I used too, not hope for it, but more welcome it. But the more you "love" and the more people you love the less you want that.. I am rambling but I know what I am meaning haha. In other words for me..I dont hope for tribulation ( I glory in it.. Romans 5:3) but I am not afraid either. The good times are good and the bad times are good. I just pray.

Thank you for Joy and Peace. For that entails Happiness.
